unable to get the latest version of adobe flash player so i can use the video visit on jpay

Im trying to use the adobe for the jpay video visitation. it says shockwave is enabld and active x filters are disable. the latest version of adobe is still not showing installed> How do i get it so the video visit works?

Most browsers block Flash by default.  Here's a guide on enabling Flash Player in various browsers:

All browsers disable/block Flash by default and prompt the user to enable it when the browser detects the content requires  Flash.  If this isn't happening, it's an issue with the content provider, not Flash Player, or the browser.

 

What operating system (including version) and browser (including version) are you using?
