Unable to use flash player

I can not access any website that needs flash player. It won't let me download it because it says it came installed in my computer but its not in the control panel under programs.

Please provide the following information:

• operating system, including version
• browser, including version
• direct link to content exhibiting the behaviour
• screenshot of behaviour being observed (see https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot ).

Just for your information most of the browsers disable Flash Content by default. Users need to enable the same depending on the browser and site they are visiting. Follow the steps mentioned on below pages depending on your browser to enable Flash Content.

• Enable Flash Player for Internet Explorer.
• Enable Flash Player for IE on Windows 10.
• Enable Flash Player for Edge on Windows 10.
• Enable Flash Player for Firefox.
• Enable Flash Player for Safari.
• Enable Flash Player for Chrome.
• Enable Flash Player for Opera.
