Unblocking Flash content inside a software

Hello all,

I was able to set up a domain exception, both for Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, in order to unblock the LMS platform of my company. I am using EnableAllowList and AllowListUrlPattern in a mms.cfg file and it works even with local files, specifing a path starting with "file:///". But the swf files need to be open within one of the mentioned browsers.

I was wondering if is possible to unblock an instance of Flash Player which runs inside a software, which is Articulate Storyline 2. Has anyone managed to do something like this?

Buying an upgrade would be far less expensive, and the recommended route.

If your company can afford it, it may be worth buying an upgrade to Storyline 3 as the app doesn't require the Flash Player anymore:

Otherwise, you may want to contact Adobe's partner HARMAN (see Adobe Flash Player EOL Enterprise Information Page):

Other than these two options, there are no other solutions. Adobe completely blocked Flash content from running in Flash Player on January 12, 2021 to help secure users’ systems.
