Updating Problem

i can't update my flash player and my antivirus notify that and it says your computer may damage !

and also my flash player crashes when i want to visit some websites like this : خرید گیفت کارت آیتونز اپل - ساخت اپل ایدی Apple ID - آی اپل سنتر  or http://www.amazon.com/
what should i do ? please help ?
