Username Emergency

Hello, I'm hoping I can have assistance with downloading adobe flash player. This is a brief summary of the issue I'm having:

After dowloading Adobe Flash Player ,I'm now trying to install the app. I've reset my passoword several of times, so I know this is not the issue. Also the user name automatically defaults to my apple I.D 

I've tried typing my new passwords and every time it says wrong entry. I've also tried using my email address as the username with the new passwords and same thing.  I'm wondering if the underlining issue is the username. If this is the case any help regarding how get my username would be helpfull.

When you install Flash Player, like all other software, you need to give your computer’s administration password. There is no Adobe password involved. The password you need - and the username you use - is the one you chose the day you unboxed your computer.
