In other applications, the built-in camera works

The external USB camera works, but it's not very convenient.

The problem was on windows 7/64, the installation of windows 10/64 did not give the result, the result is the same.

many versions of camera drivers were installed.

I assume that there is incompatibility of the camera "Sonix" with Flash Player

I hope this is fixed in the next version of Flash Player

the latest version of Flash Player was used

It was checked in chrome, opera, mozilla of last versions

Unfortunately, I don't think there's anything that we can do about this directly.  We don't have camera specific implementations.  The underlying driver and camera subsystems pass us a feed.  When it's working correctly, we get the feed.  When it fails, we don't.

This is failing underneath us.  It's most likely a driver issue.  HP is going to be in the best position to help.  They're always welcome to reach out to us directly, but it's most likely a conversation that needs to happen between them and Sonix.
