Virtual Interactive Flash Panorama Tour doesn´t load

I´m producing virtual panoramic tours with Tourweaver.

Up to flash version 10,0 everything worked fine.

Since i installed 10.1, the software refuses to load the whole tour.

It stops at about 20% and freezes.

Panorama tours with only 1 scene (which are not real tours) still load.

Real tours with more than 1 scene do not load.

When i restored my system with a former version that included flash player 10.0

everything was fine again.

If my customers have to experience this too, i could be broke.

Is there any solution in sight ?

My system

System     :       XP SP3 with all updates since now

Browser     :      IE latest version

Ram          :      4GB

flash player:     10.0 (working)/ 10.1 (not working)

I went to the URL you posted, and I see exactly the same behavior - it stops loading at around 20%.

I have tried to increase the Global Storage settings to 10MB; it doesn't change anything!

I have no idea why FP 10.1 behaves that way, or why it worked correctly with FP 10.0.

I would suggest that you contact Tourweaver tech support, as you may not be their only customer experiencing this problem.

This hint really helped.

My tours made with TW 3 are loading again.

When you follow my link now, it should work.

You just have to exchange twviewer.swf with the latest version.

In this case the real problem is Easypano and their customer policies.

When you are working with TW3 and don´t check for updates every day,

they might have released TW4 already before you downloaded the very last version of TW3..

When you check for updates now, you are not leaded to the latest version of TW3 but to TW4.

So i believed there was no later version of TW3 although there was one.

So again, thank you for your help.

P.S.: Some people reported the pano was loading but their pano bottom became magnetic after exchanging the files.

          I did not encounter that.
