I am trying to give a user the ability to access files from a N.A.S that's set up just for her department. Everything works fine until she trys to upload. When trying to upload she receives a pop up to install the newest adobe flash. The workstation has flash and I also have the flash enabled for chrome, edge, explorer.

I cant get adobe on the phone or chat for this issue because flash is free....Please advise

Most of the major browsers block Flash content by default these days.  In addition to having it installed, she'll probably need to enable it in the browser.
