Web banner query

Hello

I have designed an animated web banner using GreenSock. It’s a pretty simple banner with an image as a background and some text and graphics animated. Only lasts a couple of seconds.

The size is 300x250. Now I’ve been asked to make it responsive for desktop and mobile.

I have been asked to use a programme of your choice (GWD, ATOM or similar.) This is completely foreign to me as I haven’t had the need to use any programme. I am new to web animation and I simply post my code to my portfolio site.

Can anyone point me in the direction to where I can learn more about this. I’m not having much joy?

Many thanks in advance.

Yeah, as OP said, this is unrelated to Flash Player, the forum you posted this to.

Perhaps folks on the Adobe Animate forum can provide assistance.

That's nice but this has nothing to do with Flash Player (the forum to which you have posted).

Also, you're not giving us much to go on.  Is the animated banner a GIF, SVG, WebGL, HTML Canvas, or something else?

Making images responsive on the web requires access to and a working knowledge of code.  If you don't know how to work with code & create web pages manually, I think this task is beyond your skill set.  See link below.
