Websites crashing in IE11 after upgrade to Win10 1703

I am having a similar issue with Windows 10 1703, any flash website within IE 11 crashes almost instantly.

I've branched this out to it's own thread so that we can give you better advice.

Am I correct in thinking that this only started after the update to Win10 build 1703?

The most likely cause is a video driver bug.  Please try disabling hardware acceleration.  Instructions are in the guide below.

If the problem persists, go ahead and turn hardware acceleration back on, since that's not it.

Links to pages that reproduce the problem would be helpful.  We'll see if we can reproduce it here.
