What is the URL?

I signed up a while ago for flash distribution and was approved.  Why is it so impossible to find the URL to the page where the new MSI's can be downloaded?  Seriously, I've spent about about 45min at this point trying to find it.

The URL, Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe , is included in the email that is sent upon approval of the distribution license.  If you no longer have the email, I can request the licensing team to resend it to you.
