Whether Flash Player plug-in supports flac lossless audio files？

I want to build an audio player in IE8 browser. Does it support flac lossless audio format?

It doesn't.  If you're serving content over HTTP, you're basically looking at MP3 or WAV.  You can do some more complex stuff (AAC) with Flash Media Server.
