Hello, Why is Adobe Flash Player going to disappear in December on the Chat support?

It's not just disappearing from chat support. It is going away completely from all major browsers, stopping working for almost everyone. The people who run Flash sites have had over 3 years notice to find a different plan, but not all of them have done this.

But I still don't have the answer, Why is it going to go away for all the media? What's happening ? Thanks for the answers
