Why this report crashing?

From last few days my flash player shows an error while I trying to open any flash of youtube videos on my site.

Kindly help me out for this solutions.

YouTube defaults to HTML5 video, not Flash.  Highly doubtful Flash is being used.

To provide assistance, provide the following:

• Operating system version
• Web browser and version
• Flash Player version
• Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
• A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem
  • The links you posted do not have Flash content.  I will not search through your site looking for Flash content.  If it does indeed contain Flash content, post a link to the exact location.
• provide a screenshot of the error message you are receiving.
