i start the download and almost to the end in cancels what im i doing wrong

the new version of flash
i start the download process and towards the end of the process it cancels and kicks me out
is there a number i can call for help because the writing back and forth doesn't work for me please.....

Note that AppData is a hidden directory. If it's not visible, you can manually type it into the address field, or go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files for instructions on enabling hidden directories.
