(FM12 to Documentum)
The 2009 file set for emc-dfs-sdk-6.5 is working for me to connect to Documentum, check in files, check out files, etc.
When I substitute the 2011 version of emc-dfs-sdk-6.5, I get the message "Failed to retrieve UCF id" upon attempting to check out the same file from Documentum.
(Wait: EMC released different versions of the file set with the same version number? Uh, yes. So how do I know which version is which? I look in \bin\dotnet at DfsProxyGen.exe.
I reboot the PC between changes of the file sets.
Why does my FM12 client work with the 2009 version but not the 2011 version?
Does the server need to change?
