I know this is a very old post but I am still getting this error 9004, 6919244, 9675646, 0 when I open FrameMaker(this happens in the Localization step).I tried renaming the Linguistics Folder but some error displays wheile opening it. I am not doing anything special.I was just converting few .fm files to the .rtf format. But then I un-installed Frame Maker and installed it again. But still I get this error.

Please help

Hi ,

Couple of things that you have to make sure:-

Try and install Framemaker with the Admin rights on the system and if possible uninstall it and make a new admin Test account and install framemaker there and see if you still get that error.

You can also try and rename maker.ini in program files where Frame is installed.

Let me know if you still get the same error.

Thanks

Harpreet.

Hi Everyone,

This problem got solved. I renamed the "Linguistics" folder to "Linguistics10" under this location C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and the issue is gone. I could open the FM successfully
