Adobe FrameMaker 12 Sign In Issue

I am using Adobe Frame 12 license version.After complete registration we use the application about 30 days.

After 30 days It shows below message every time it starts.

Note: Now we cannot open the application after entering Adobe User ID and password(This Adobe Account)

After Installation Adobe Frame Maker 12 with License Key and login using Adobe Login application close automatically.

Can you kindly report the issue to techcomm@adobe.com? I will get a FrameMaker support engineer to assist ASAP...
