My team is using FrameMaker 2019 (32-BIT). Our Framemaker is connected to a CMS (currently using VSS and we are not able to use the 64-bit version). We can open files in FM, edit them, Save them and Close them (both .fm files and .book composites). But when we close FrameMaker, the app appears to close, but then we get a pop-up that says "Adobe FrameMaker 2019 has Stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please Close the program. -> Close the program". This used to be intermittent but seems to be popping up whenever I open and close FrameMaker.
We are using Version 15.0.5.838. Is there a a solution for this?
