I do not know, when this was introduced, but I find this highly annoying. (I think with FrameMaker 2022 or 2020.)
Often I want to move the insertion mark to the beginning or end of a line. E.g. I want to insert a paragraph before the existing paragraph.
However, when there are also markers or table anchors at the beginning of the line, I get problems.
E.g. the insertion mark is below a paragraph with a marker and I press the left arrow key.
Then the insertion mark is at the beginning of the paragraph with the marker and not at the end of the paragraph.
You can test this, when you press the left arrow key again (moves to the paragraph above the marker paragraph) or the right arrow key (moves to the right of the marker).
When the insertion mark is at the beginning of the marker paragraph and I press the End key, the insertion mark is still at the beginning and is not moved to the end after the marker.
For me this is very irritating. When I want to insert a paragraph before a paragraph with a marker, I always have to test, where the insertion mark is.
Is there anything what I can do? Anything in the maker.ini file?
What do you think
Or do only I have this problem, as I have a German keyboard?
