Auto numbering issue

I am numbering my figures using the auto numbering with label F, but after Figure 5 it is again moving to 4.
what can be the issue.?
I checked the formula and the flow of the pages also, is there anything I am missing .?

Is there a paragraph in between the two figures that has an autonumber with series F? If you send me the document, I can take a look at it. Or, we can do a quick web meeting. rick at frameexpert dot com

I assign label of auto numbering to every paragraph. 

I had also Checked label series of every paragraph in between of two figures.

Go to http://www.rickquatro.com/resources/CP-AutoNumberReport.zip

Unzip the script and put it in a convenient location. Open the document that has the autonumber problem and choose File > Script > Run and run the script. It will display all of your document's autonumbers in the Book Error Log. Seeing all of the autonumber paragraphs in a list should help you troubleshoot the problem.
