Background Color for Heading Text

I set a background color for a heading in Framemaker 10.  It shows up correctly in Framemaker and when I print directly from Framemaker. When I save as a PDF, however, the background color does not show.  Any ideas?  Let me know if more info is needed.

1. Which point version of FM 10? (latest is 10.0.2p419)

2. What is the colour definition and colour space (RGB, LAB, Spot, HLS, etc.)?

Hello Will,

When you select Save as PDF-- it would give you PDF set Dialog, at the bottom Keep "Convert CMYK to RGB Color" as Checked and then try again!

If that does not work, try providing Arnis the information and also Check-- under the Tag-- Pane -- are there any tag inside the Don't include List?
