Can i used my lic for older ver of Frame maker

Can some one advice if i'm allowed to use my FrameMaker 13  license on Frame maker 10 ?

or if there is a way to downgrade my license ?

What is it that you need to do?

If you just need to export an FM13 (FM2015) document to FM10, you can use MIF to do that.
