Can't I send Frame Maker files where all images are embedded into it?

I sent FM files to someone for edits, but Imges inserted to it are asking for location. Is there a option by which I can sent a complete FM files to someone where there is no image's location issue.

Becausae your images are inserted by reference (which is a best practice by the way), you need to use an archive script that gathers up all the referenced graphics and bundles it all together with the FM content. I haven't needed to use them, but there's one built into FM (IIRC) and I think Rick @frameexpert has the Bruce Foster archiver script.

Hi Amit:

Two more ideas:

1. Use File > Package to prepare the file for sharing. You can package Adobe FrameMaker .book .ditamap, .xml, .mif, or .fm files with all its related files into a zip file for distribution or backup. When you choose to create a package with a book or DITA map in focus, FrameMaker automatically picks up the related files, such as chapter files, images, text insets, conrefs, crossrefs, to a .zip file.

2. Or, as you start a FrameMaker project, first create a project folder, and potentially subfolders within that project (i.e, subfolders for links, pdfs, word docs, etc.) Everything that pertains to that project is added to the project folder. This allows you to zip the project folder and send the entire folder (with all assets) to someone else, or archive it.
