Can't open a Framemaker 2017 document due to release error

Can anyone give me some advice on how to open a Framemaker 2017 document with the following release error.

Is there any work around?

My Framemaker is currently up to date

2017 Release/ Version: 14.0.4.511

Problem solved - File was open in Framemaker 2019. Author saved file for 2017 and I was able to open.
