Changing System Variable's Font Case

I want to modify the “Running H/F 1” systems variable in a structured FrameMaker 8 template so that the typeface case is Caps / Lowercase. It is currently set to ALL CAPS.

What do I need to do I order change this?

Difficult to say without seeing it, but I would guess that it’s defined in the paragraph format (maybe Header?)
