conditional hidden text

I have never used the condional text feature so I am hoping someone can give me simple steps to accomplish this. I would like to add the sentence "click here to see an example of this spreadsheet" before each example in my FM doc, and I plan on inserting a hyperlink over the word 'here' to the spreadsheet being held on a server, and I know how to do that, this will be valid when I convert the FM files to webhelp, BUT, I do not want this sentence to be visible when I pdf the FM doc for commercial printing. Can I make some kind of 'conditional' tag for this sentence that renders it invisible for print but valid when I convert to webhelp via webworks epub pro? If so, how?

Thanks for any help you may provide.

William,

Please share your FrameMaker version as the procedure changed quite a bit between versions 8 and 9.

Hi William,

The Support Website of WebWorks offers a detailed description about implementing conditions in Word or FrameMaker and how to display and not to display them: http://bit.ly/iH0GZe

Does this information help you?
