Conditional Indicators in Tables and Images

Explorer ,
Jun 15, 2012 Jun 15, 2012

I am unable to get conditional indicators to show visibly for tables and images. For example, if I have the conditional tag set to the color green, it changes all the text to green, but not the tables and images. I have worked on other projects with conditional text and remember those documents having lines of color around tables and images. How can I achieve this in my current project?

Thanks in advance,

Douglas

For tables, I believe the conditional text has to be applied to the entire row. You can't apply to a column nor can you apply it to a cell.

For images, I don't believe the images have a color bordered when conditional text is applied. You must apply conditional text to the image's anchor frame. If you turn on paragraph marks, you should the anchor frame's color. If it does, then you know the conditional text has been successfully applied to the image.

I've selected an entire section in a structured book, which should have also selected the entirety of the tables and images, including rows and anchor frames. I know I've seen at least the tables marked with the conditional indicator colors, because I remeber SME reviewers thinking it was an error in a book. Any other ideas on how to get this to work?
