Community Beginner ,
Feb 24, 2014 Feb 24, 2014

Hi Team,

Since we are giving service support to another company we only have the .exe of the adobe tools (Captivate,Frame Maker 8,Design Premium)

which is licensed but we don't have ALWS or creative cloud login. So is there any tool from Adobe for MSI creation for the above tools other than CCP.

Please helps us in this regard as soon as possible.

Regards,

Jain

Have you looked at the AAME packager for creating MSIs? See: http://www.adobe.com/products/creativesuite/it.html

Contact Adobe Support – installer issues are usually a free call.

Hi Jain Mundassery,

Greetings from Adobe.

If you are using Captivate 7 then the msi package can only be created using CCP ( Creative Cloud Packager ) and it is only available for Volume license customers which they can download by logging to their LWS account ( Licensing Website ).

For CS6 and earlier versions of Adobe products , you need AAMEE ( Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition ) to create msi packages.

Regards,
Ajit
