These keys are defined in files named cmds.cfg, wincmds.cfg and mathcmds.cfg which are located your user area %appdata%\Adobe\FrameMaker\vv\Workspaces (vv being the FM version - 17 for FM-2022).

A special notation is used there. See https://www.daube.ch/docu/files/etb-customising-fm14up.pdf page 18ff.
