DITA XML Integration in FM 2019 (Table within a Table)

Using DITA XML, I'd like to put a table within a table. Framemaker tells me, I'm not allowed to do:

But the DITA Specification tells me, a table within a table is allowed:

What did I miss?

Or is the DITA XML Integration in FM 2019 incomplete?

This looks like a bug .  let me log an issue for this one so you can track the progress of the same and will let you know once this has been fixed. tracker bug for the same : FRMAKER-5789
