Does FrameMaker publish to ServiceNow?

Community Beginner ,

We have a client whose IT documentation is handled by ServiceNow.

Can FrameMaker publish to ServiceNow?

If not, what might be an affordable third-party that can be used to integrate FrameMaker into ServiceNow?

Thanks.

Not familiar with ServiceNow - what output are you producing in FM?

We haven't decided on the output, yet. I suppose this is a question better asked of the folks at ServiceNow. 🙂

It looks like the various SericeNow versions can import HTML, XML and JSON content. You might be able to publish from FM to a format that can be used or suitably transformed using XSLT as an intermediate step. However, it would be best to find out from the ServiceNow people how exactly they import content.

Thanks Arnis. That's helpful.
