F8 und F9 sowie Befehlssuche reagieren nicht mehr in FrameMaker 2019. Systemabsturz beim Öffnen von Bearbeiten > Voreinstellungen

Seit gestern arbeite ich mit FrameMaker 2019 (32-bit) der neuesten Version (d.h. mit allen Service Releases, die angeboten wurden).

Ich habe ständig Programmabstürze beim Versuch, über das Menü "Bearbeiten" > "Voreinstellungen" zu öffnen ebenso wie bei der pdf-Erstellung direkt über das Menü.

Außerdem reagieren meine Tasten F8 und F9 nicht mehr, über die ich meine Zeichen- und Absatzformate schnell und einfach zuweisen kann.

Ist das ein System-Bug und wir FM 2019 User sind die CrashTest-Dummies oder liegt das ggf. an dem Installationsprozedere?

Soll unsere IT-Abteilung das Programm nochmals installieren? Was ist hierbei insbesondere zu beachten?

Sounds to me like there your Microsoft .NET FrameWork installation might be corrupted.

Could you please try to repair the current version of .Net on your machine:

Download Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool from Official Microsoft Download Center

Also, could you please let us know the version of the Microsoft .Net Framework installed on your machine?

the Microsoft .NET Framework version originally installed (prior to downloading the repair version) has been  .Net Framework 4.7.2
