I've a crash with FM 2017 Update 3. The crash show the following dialog box
This error stops our application until the button is pressed.
I've tried reinstalling with non change.
That looks like a Windows error message - what were you doing in FM before it occurred?
It runs a proprietary application that commands FrameMaker with the API.
The same application with the same configuration data in other environment doesn't crash.

I'd try contacting Support - you're probably on your own with this one; it doesn't seem to be a normal workflow.
