FM 2017: Font size in FM panel / container suddenly shrank!

I opened FM 2017 and opened a book.  A panel opens on the left side of the FM "container."  I call this the Book panel.  The font size in the book panel listing all the chapter files in the book panel are suddenly very, very small!  How do I increase the size of the font?  The chapter titles in the Book panel are almost illegible!  Overall, all the tab labels for chapters and the file titles have been reduced, also, some very dramatically!  What is going on and how can I fix it?

I have tried closing everything and rebooting.  No help.  Am using Windows 10.

Solved!  (At least for now): View>Zoom>Default (or Larger).  Worked for me in this particular situation.  But how it got changed is the real mystery!

You may have inadvertently used the Ctrl+Scroll Wheel shortcut to zoom while the book file was in focus. I've done this on occasion, and done the same thing in the Structure View as well.
