Fm9: Cannot save one or more files in the book

Participant ,

Hi group

Fm 9.0p255 + Windows 7, 64-bit + Subversion

I have a large Fm book (166 files, 1200 pages). When I update my book  and all generated files (toc, lof, lot, ix), I sometimes get an error  message saying "cannot save one or more files in the book". Is happens  sometimes and the files which cannot be saved are different each time  the error occurs.

Has anyone else seen this?

"cannot save one or more files in the book"

Are all the files open to your instance of Frame at the time?

I'm guessing not, and doing so might fix this.

Also, when the msg appears, is that file left open?

Are the files local or networked?

Hi Yves,

If you open a book, please select following feature at first:

1. Open Menu "Edit" and select "Suppress Reference Updating"
2. Open all files with "Shift > File > Open all files in book".

What is the result now?
