Hi,

Today FrameMaker crashed, when I wanted to open a file.

When i sent the dmp and meta.txt file and and the FrameMaker file to fmerror@adobe.com, I got a message back that the address fmerror was not found at adobe.com.

Is this e-mail address fmerror@adobe.com permanently closed?

Should we now send all these files to tcssup@adobe.com?

By the way, after a restart I could open my file without any problems.

Best regards, Winfried

Yes. I saw her post. But that's half a year ago ...

Yeah, I've bookmarked the other post, but hadn't had a chance to test it again. I wonder if I need to try and poke somebody again. 😂
