Why in the world didn't your UI team include a remove all button to clear the include paragraphs list in FM10?

Is there a way to clear these quickly on the back end somehow? For individual FM files it is a huge pain and really makes me hate FM.

Not sure who you think you're talking to - these are user-to-user forums; Adobe people only occasionally hang around here. If you want them to look at adding something, use this wishlist site: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform

Let me clarify...Is there a way to clear the list of included paragraphs in Format > Document > PDF Setup on the back end?

The UI for this function is severly lacking. It is a HUGE waste of time to change the PDF Setup for individual files that are not included in books.

Not that I know of - some of the settings can be "remembered" through the joboptions file settings, but I don't know if that list can be "saved" for use later on.

If you are referring to either the Bookmarks or Tagged panels of the PDF Setup, then shift+click (hold down the Shift key and click the button) on the arrow keys (located between the lists) to move all contents in the appropriate direction. This has been standard FM dual-list behaviour from day one.

Shift+Clicking on the right-arrow key will move all of the entries from the Include list to the Don't Include list.
