Is everyone OK knowing that you cannot import from Word or even COPY from Word? Previous versions had no problem at all importing from Word or pasting copied text from Word but, with Frame 19, I can no longer do that. This is an UPGRADE?!?!

Considering "Frame 19" as " FrameMaker 2019".
Word Import is working correctly, Could you please elaborate your problem more??
