Hello Team,

We are using Frame Maker 2017 on Windows 10 OS. While working on file getting below error.

(Frame Maker 2017 has detected a serious problem and must quite giving internal error 14044, 26170801 etc..)

Can you please help us to resolving above given error.

Also note that we are using FM 12 version on same system. Is there any conflict between two FM version.

Conflict? no, you can run multiple versions of FM just fine (only Acrobat has issues with multiple versions).

Anyway, this is a user-to-user forum, so we're not being to be able to diagnose the hard error. Steps you can take first before contacting Adobe Support are - make sure you are all patched up; is it happening to all docs or just one? What are you doing when the error occurs? If it only happens with one doc, have you tried MIF-washing it?

Deleting (or renaming) the prefs folder is quick, and rules out one possibility, but it seems your file is corrupt. Can you import the content into another document?

We have tried renaming the prefs folder but no luck. as we have checked with Adobe Chat they provided one solution so that we will try and let you know if its work.
