FrameMaker 10 Ruler-Pgf Designer fix?

Can anyone tell me if the following bug is fixed in FrameMaker 10?

The bug that I am referring to is to have the Pgf Designer open and positioned on any tab(?) except Basic. Then you go and move a tab stop by dragging it on the ruler. This appears to lock up the Pgf Designer.

It seems that in FM 10 (10.0.1.402), dragging a tag on the ruler resets the Pgf Designer to the Basic tab and it does not lock up.
