FrameMaker 2010 can't save as PDF

This is the error that I received everytime I have to save my graphic into PDF file. Any solution?

It looks like your installation is incomplete. You should have a printer called "Adobe PDF" installed. FM uses this to create the postscript that is distilled into the PDF.

Arnis, this only happened few weeks ago. Before that I was able to print to PDF with no problem. do I need to re-install FM10 for this?

Check your system printers to see if you (still) have an AdobePDF printer instance.

If you do NOT, then you'll need to re-install. If you have Acrobat, then first try running a repair (Help menu) to see if that resurrects the printer, if not, re-run the Acrobat installation. If you did not have Acrobat installed, then you'll need to re-run the FM install to get the PDF creation option installed.

If you do still have the AdobePDF printer instance installed, test it using the system "create a test page" option in the printer properties. If that works, then make this printer the system default and try to create a PDF from FM. If the test page fails, then it's probably easiest to just to go through the re-install scenarios mentioned.
