When trying to update Adobe FrameMaker 2020 6.4 the update screen states there is an update, but nothing else, no button to say "yes" but when we go to close it, it acts like it is updating, and asks if we want to quit the update. but dose not show any progress, or anything. is there somewhere i can manually download the update and install in, or what is going on...
i also notice that FrameMaker is not in my Adobe Creative Cloud app, like i figure it would be.

Hi,
Here are the updates:

I do not know why your update did not install. Do you have admin privileges?
Sometimes it helps to restart FrameMaker or Windows.
Best regards

And yes, FrameMaker is not part of the creative cloud.
When your update did not install, you checked all processes with ALT tab, didn't you? Sometimes such an update process hides behind the FrameMaker window.

Do you have a specific need for that update?
If not, you might consider installing version 17, FrameMaker 2022 and sidestepping the problem with the updater.

You should be able to download the 30-day trial and then activate with your Adobe ID.
