framemaker 7.0 lable template

I am using Framemaker 7.0. I realize it is a very old version, however at this time I cannot upgrade. I am looking for template for labels, preferably for avery labels and also for CD labels. Can anyone assist me?

I have done this, in FM7, for several types of label stock and CDR labels.

If you expect anyone to donate a template, they'll need to know the brands and SKUs of label stock.

The easiest way to create your own is to scan a blank (200 dpi will do).

Import it in the master page.

Turn Run-Around off.

Send to back.

Use text frames and/or borderless no-fill tables to create text regions.

Delete the import for printing, or just turn off graphics.

I was ble to find the 1 label - it is Avery 8163. Would anyone happen to have a template for this label?

Thank you soooooo much for your help. That was so simple, that I cannot believe that I did not think of it. I have been dealing with this problem for a long time. You have made my project so much easier.  I am using Staples to print the address lables and FedEX/Kinkos to print the CD lables. If I am able to get the exact label from them I will post again with the exact one. Until then the option to use the master page will solve my problem. Thanks again!!!!
