Is there any way to find out what the internal error numbers represent?  Currently we have FrameMaker 12.

Hi Lauren,

You can send the crash log generated at %appdata%/Adobe/FrameMaker/12/FrameLog_* to fmerror at adobe dot com for investigation.

Thanks!

I remember some “Kremlin analysis” on FM error code formatting by Bob (Error 7103) in the past – basically you can tell the version & the O/S that FM was running on when it crashed, but other than that, only FM engineers at Adobe can deal with the rest – us mere mortals have no idea of what all the rest of it means.
