FrameMaker locks up when trying to Publish

Using FrameMaker 15 with Windows 7, why does FrameMaker lock up when trying to Publish? I can select the format I want, but when I try to change settings, and select Style Mapping, it closes my Publishing options and then nothing happens. If I bypass the setting options and select Generate Selected Output, it creates a file in the location I indicated, but it won't let me view the output file. Nothing really seems to be working for me.

Have you applied all FM2015 patches? What output format are you trying to Publish?

It turned out to be a permissions issue, which our IT department was able to identify and fix. He got me up and running again.
