Had issue installing FM2019 after windows update - solved

After running out of time trying to get our help out with FM2020, we decided to downgrade back to 2019 which had no issues.

 While trying to install, the installer window would ask for a sign in account, then after clicking next, would go blank. No network activity or anything.

After a bit of googling, I found the solution that worked. It does say for captivate, but it appears the installer is generic.
