Nothing direct in FM for CML (Chemical Markup Language) support. However, you could use a third-party tool such as WinChemDraw (see: WinDrawChem - Free Chemical Drawing Software for Windows) that can read CML and export to EPS and SVG that can be then imported into FM as a graphic.
