I lost my Help settings. One thing that I have not been able to recreate is the hierarchical Navigation Panel. It took all my Heading levels and flattened them so they are all at the same level. Please advise.

I realized what the problem was this morning. I fixed it by importing the formats from a good TOC to this TOC file.
