How can I comment While Reviewing Frame Maker Document?

I think that webinar haven't included inserting comments in FM file, did it? I have watched the whole webinar.

No it's more adding comments to the Review PDF that you create & then bring back into your FM file. If you're talking about just adding comments to your FM text, you could hide them in markers or just create a "Comment" condition and apply it to whatever you enter as a comment. I do that all the time to remind myself of things to do or check in docs.
